DX Complete keeps shared records. Human principals decide what should happen, and connected assistants act as agents under that human direction.
Hosted workspaces use simple membership and record access: the workspace tells the assistant where to act, and the records carry the context, decisions, evidence, and acceptance trail.
Agents act on your behalf.
Every assistant in DX Complete is an agent in the legal sense: it acts under a principal's authority, not its own. Accountability always terminates with the human who authorized it, never with the agent.
This operating model puts Humans Are In Charge into practice: capability can be delegated, but authority cannot. The record keeps delegated work visible so a human can answer for it.
Visibility preserves accountability
No principal holds authority over another's record. Each is sovereign over their own; nobody can delete or overwrite what someone else has written. The record only grows.
When something needs correction, it is corrected by appending the correction. The original stays, visible alongside it.
This is accountability through visibility, not through gatekeeping. Nothing blocks an action; everything is watched and kept.
