Using DX Complete now

Use DX Complete as a durable Markdown workspace for requests, decisions, evidence, and closeout.

Start

Create one clear record

Put the current request, issue, decision, or finding in a freeform record. Use a concise title, a Markdown body, and links to related records when context already exists.

Evidence

Attach source material

When the record depends on an original file, store that file as an artifact and link it from the Markdown body. The record explains what the artifact means; the artifact preserves the original source.

Continue

Append rather than replace history

Add updates, results, and closeout notes in the same record or in a follow-up record linked from the body. Keep the reason for the change visible instead of hiding earlier context.

Source

Keep files connected

When a file matters, attach it to the workspace and link it from the record that explains why the file matters.

Assistant guidance

ConnectorOne endpoint

Use the consolidated hosted connector and include the workspace on each workspace-scoped call.

New durable contentFreeform record

Create a Markdown record for work orders, plans, decisions, findings, and closeout notes.

RelationshipsBody links

Write links where the related record is mentioned. Use a Relations section when the relationship needs a clear name.

FindabilityTags and search

Add useful tags to records, then use text search when tags are not enough.

Original filesArtifact

Store original source media or documents as artifacts and link them from the record.

DashboardHome first

Use the dashboard home page as the workspace index, with links to the records people need most often.

Personal recordsYour own workspace

On first use, DX Complete creates a personal workspace for records that belong to you rather than to a project. Its stable address starts with dxcuser- and it otherwise works like every workspace.

Open workUse tags

A record tagged task remains open until it also carries the done tag.

Follow-upWrite reminders on the record

Add a dated reminder to the record so the follow-up and its history remain visible.

RetirementStrike, never erase

Add a dated strike notice and the struck tag. The record and its history remain readable.

Sensitive contentRedact only when instructed

A workspace member may explicitly remove exact sensitive text from the live record and its history. The record keeps its identity and shows who redacted it, when, and why.

EventsTag and state when

Use an ordinary record tagged event. Add a when line with an exact date, a range, or honest wording such as late July. Amend it as timing firms up, add the outcome afterward, and filter by the event tag for the calendar view.

Daily BriefWhat matters next

Each morning, DX Complete lists each current action separately, calls out genuine escalations under Important, and orders the remaining numbered To-dos by what can be handled next.

Workspace careAmbient hygiene

When an assistant is already adding or updating a record, it may also tidy the home page or link related records when that is clearly useful. This is discretionary upkeep, not a required audit.
